PRESS RELEASE

PRISMA is an international artist collective initiated by Kaspian Shore in November 2011. Kaspian quickly gathered a team of 25 creatives from all around the world that would engage in active discussion and collaboration. A first annual group show is set to take place in 2013.

PRISMA brings together artists of all ages and at all stages of their career. Some of our creatives have been in the business for many years, while others are just starting out and beginning to break through. It is our ambition to encourage collaborations and friendship, and to make this collective a place to foster and to inspire each other.

The PRISMA Artist Collective is currently planning its first annual group show, “The Animal In Me“, at Subtext Gallery in February 2013, as well as the two mini shows “Milk” & “Blood” (at Fine Grime and WWA Gallery, respectively) with a handful of selected artists in the second half of 2012.

“MILK” & “BLOOD” MINI SHOWS

Every culture passes on its own myth of milk and blood: the soothing and nurturing quality of milk and the pulsating, purifying energy of blood are the primary substance of all our lives. Both define the circle of beginning and end.
The two mini exhibits “Milk” & “Blood” will be exploring and re-interpretating the fascination with and aversion towards these two life-giving and life-sustaining body fluids.
